1. Age Limit

  • Minimum Age: 20 years
  • Maximum Age: 25 years as of 1st August 2025
  • Age Relaxation:
    • SC/ST: 5 years
    • OBC: 3 years
    • Civilian Central Government Servants: 5 years
    • Ex-Servicemen: 5 years
    • Jammu & Kashmir Domiciled: 5 years
    • NCC ‘B’ or ‘C’ Certificate Holders: Preference during interview stage

2. Educational Qualification

  • A Bachelor’s degree from any recognized university or institution
  • Final-year students awaiting results are provisionally eligible

3. Nationality

  • Indian citizens
  • Citizens of Nepal or Bhutan
  • Other foreign nationals are eligible only if they have received written consent from the Government of India

4. Physical Standards

  • Specific criteria for height, chest, and weight vary by gender and category
  • Physical Endurance Test (PET) includes running, long jump, and shot put (for males)

Paper I – General Ability and Intelligence
