🪖 NDA Exam Overview

The NDA exam is a national-level entrance test conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) to select candidates for admission into the National Defence Academy and Naval Academy.


📋 Eligibility Criteria

1. Nationality

  • Indian citizen, or
  • Subject of Bhutan/Nepal, or
  • Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1962 with the intention of permanent settlement.

2. Age Limit

  • 16.5 to 19.5 years on the first day of the month of the exam.
  • No relaxation in age.

3. Educational Qualification

  • For Army Wing of NDA: Passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board.
  • For Air Force and Naval Wings of NDA and for the 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme at the Indian Naval Academy: Passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics.
